新冠状病毒(nCoV)感染肺炎防治须知
一、新冠状病毒(nCoV)感染肺炎是甲级传染病(极为危险)，其经过呼吸道在人与人之间快速传播。该病情严重演进，如果没有及时防治方式，能易造成危险生命。目前还没有特效的防治该疫苗。
二、疑为感染新冠状病毒的症状
发病前14日内的来自启发感染新冠状病毒病区域之人或者与有感染(疑为感染)新冠状病毒症状人接触(二米内)并有身体发烧、呼吸困难、咳嗽等症状之人。
三、防治感染新冠状病毒病之措施
不到该疫病区域并限制来到集中人之地方。在公共工具、集中人多、公共场所等地方应戴着口罩；
经常用肥皂洗手，用普通洗脱液擦拭日用品；
在生活中应使用煮熟的食物，不接触野生动物；
发生发烧、咳嗽、呼吸困难等症状必须戴着口罩，自行与周围人们隔离并向最近医疗机构通知情况，或通过越南卫生部热线电话：1900 9095或1900 3228；河内市卫生厅：0969082115或0949396115或0916865570；南慈廉郡卫生处：0869527542或0961196703等来咨询，请求相助。
四、关于疑为感染新冠状病毒之者，对来自中国湖北省境越南的人们应及时采用集中隔离措施，与所在地医疗机构联系，将他们集中于河内市医疗机构。来自疫病区域到越南的其他人应采用在私家隔离手段。
五、在私家医疗隔离的事项
医疗隔离的人应住在私人房间，与人隔离。
医疗隔离的人必须使用私人浴室、私人厕所、私人用具等。
日常用杀菌剂，如CloraminB或普通杀菌剂(Vin、Javel、Microshield、Cidex、Cidezyme、房地擦拭液等，按生产商指引配调)擦刷住房、个人用具和其他有关用具。
在医疗隔离期间内，受隔离人应经常戴着口罩。不用手触于眼嘴。
咳嗽或打喷嚏时应用纸巾盖着嘴上，然后将该纸巾放入塑料袋并封闭，并用肥皂洗手。
经常监视健康情况和疫病症状。每日二次向医疗人员通知自己健康情况和症状。
六、请人们经常在越南卫生部网址(w.w.wmoh.gov.vn)和河内市卫生厅网址(w.w.w.soyte.hanoi.gov.vn)上查询感染新冠状病毒肺炎病情况。
THINGS NEED TO KNOW TO PREVENTACUTE RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION CAUSED BY A NEW STRAIN OF CORONA VIRUS
1. Acute respiratory tract infection caused by a new strain of Corona virus (nCoV) is a group A (particularly dangerous) infectious disease that spreads rapidly from person to person through the respiratory tract. The disease can be severe and fatal if not treated promptly. There is currently no specific vaccine for prevention or treatment medication.
2. Signs of infectious suspicion:
Persons who have a history of arrival / stay / return from an infected area within 14 days prior to onset of illness or close contact (within 2 meters) to thenCov-infected or suspected case and having signs of acute respiratory tract infection such as fever, cough, shortness of breath ...
3. To prevent nCov epidemic, people must well implement the following measures:
- Do not go to epidemic areas and restrict to crowded places. Wear a mask when going to crowded places, public places and traveling on means of transport;
- Regularly wash your hands with soap, clean household items with common detergent solution;
- Only use cooked foods, not eat wild animals;
- When there are signs of suspected illness such as cough, fever, shortness of breath ... ,wear a mask, isolate yourself from others and immediately notify the nearest medical facility or the Ministry of Health's hotline: 1900-9095 or 1900-3228; Department of Health: 0969082115 or 0949396115 or 0916865570; Nam TuLiem District: 0869527542 or 0961196703 for advice and assistance.
4. For nCov-infected suspected cases, those who entered from or passed by Hubei Province (China), immediately apply concentrated isolation at the city's medical facility (These cases are required to contact local health authorities immediately for isolation.) For other cases going from epidemic areas to Vietnam, isolation will be carried out at home.
5. Contents of medical isolation at home:
- Isolated person needs to be in a separate room, separate from those around them.
- Person in isolation should use separate bathrooms, toilets, personal hygiene tools, and living utensils.
- It’s required to conductdaily disinfection cleaning in rooms, tools, personal items with disinfectant solutions such as: Chloramine B or common disinfectants (Vim, Javel, Microshield, Cidex, Cidezyme, floor cleaning liquid with lemon and citronella ... mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions).
- During the isolation period, the isolated person must wear a mask regularly and properly. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
- When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, then put the used tissue in a covered plastic trash. Wash hands immediately with soap.
- Regularly follow-up the symptoms of health. Notify health status for medical officials twice a day about signs: fever, cough, shortness of breath.
6. All people actively search the information and situation of acute respiratory infections caused by nCoV on the websites of the Ministry of Health (www.moh.gov.vn) and Hanoi Health Department (www.sovte.hanoi.gov).vn).
